I really enjoyed seeing this at the premier at TMU
Theater last night.nnRicky Grove delivers a powerful
performance, and the casting of him was dead-on. There
are so many details going on in this that I needed
several viewings to catch more of them. Just a few that
really stood out to me - the lighting used when the
alarm sounds off, the shooting down of the vehicle
including the gunshots in the windshield and the blood
effects in the interior, the facial animations on both
the speaking and non-speaking characters, and the
crossing of the high bridge. Trying not to give away
any spoilers here, so I can't really mention any more!
The background characters didn't just stand around like
statues but were active. The sound effects were
well-placed and the music didn't detract from the
film.nnAnd naturally, I enjoyed how lovely you made the
character I portrayed!
